Abstract

У статті розглянуто сучасну стратегію управління персоналом на підприємстві – технологію оцінювання персоналу. Метод Assessment Center дає змогу отримати найбільш об'єктивну оцінку можливостей людини, необхідних для виконання нею службових обов'язків.The main purpose of personnel management in a transformation of the economy is a combination of effective training, skills and motivation to work for the development of abilities of employees, encouraging them to perform higher-level work. In this article the modern strategy of personnel management in the enterprise – the technology staff estimates. Method of Assessment Center provides the most objective assessment of human capabilities necessary for the performance of official duties.
