Анотація
The aim of this work is to create a multilingual computer dictionary of phrasal verbs and persistent expressions on criminal topics. An XML structure was developed and implemented to describe the dictionary. The choice of terms was made on the basis of expert selection, with later addition of equivalents in other languages.
