Анотація
В роботі наведена математична модель гальмівної системи, яка складається з опису робочих процесів антиблокувальної системи, математичної моделі гальмівного механізму, а також математичної моделі пневматичного гальмівного приводу. Для управління гальмуванням за допомогою антиблокувальної системи застосовано широтно-імпульсну модуляцію тиску. Для опису перехідних процесів в пневматичному гальмівному приводі як при службовому гальмуванні, так і роботі привода в циклічному режимі використовується метод Герц О.В.
The mathematical model of the brake system, which consists of description of working processes of the antiblocking system, mathematical model of brake mechanism and also mathematical model of pneumatic brake drive, is resulted in work. For management by braking by the antiblocking system latitudinal-impulsive modulation of pressure, which provides braking and not braking of wheel at permanent duration of cycle and continuous adjustment of correlation of duration of phases of braking and not braking, is used. Such modulation will be realized by the serve on diphasic modulyator of pressure in the brake drive of impulsive signal of permanent frequency and variable skvazhnosty. For description of transitional processes in the pneumatic brake drive of tractor of «Fendt 936 Vario», the feature of which there is that he consists of two independent contours related to the brake faucet: an overhead section with the contour of back bridge is the first contour, lower with the contour of front bridge is the second contour, both at the official braking and to the repetitive operation of drive, the method of Gerts E.V. is used.
