Анотація
У статті розглянуто різні підходи до визначення сутності поняття "фінансові ресурси", уточнено дефініцію "фінансові ресурси підприємства", визначено критерії класифікації фінансових ресурсів. В ході дослідження сформульовано одну з основних проблем господарюючих суб’єктів недостатній обсяг фінансових ресурсів. Визначено основні макро- і мікроекономічні чинники процесу управління фінансовими ресурсами. Здійснено оцінку впливу окремих складових елементів зовнішньої і внутрішньої управлінської середовища на загальну ефективність господарювання підприємств.
The article deals with the crisis financial management as an important component of modern enterprise management. The approaches to determining the essence of the crisis management enterprise are systematized. The main reasons for the financial crisis in domestic enterprises are considered. The system of crisis management of the enterprise is analyzed. It is established that the success of management in crisis situations is determined by: degree of readiness of managers of organizations for potential crisis phenomena, availability of reserves; level of preventive measures; the effectiveness of using management methods in accordance with the stages of the anti-crisis program. The necessity of creation and continuous improvement of the anti-crisis program of the enterprise is substantiated. It is proposed to differentiate the formation of the anti-crisis program depending on the type of crisis management together with the objectives of the anti-crisis program elucidates the qualitative signs and specific characteristics of financial resources which make it possible to identify them and determine their economic nature as an object of functional management. The qualitative signs are revealed and features of financial resources that enable them to identify and define the economic essence as a function of the functional management.
