Abstract

Limiting state reach time deterministic dependence on steam pressure obtained by continual fracture mechanics and relative frequency function of steam pressure on-stream random spread are used to estimate of limiting state reach time relative frequency function required for durability indexes validation of steam boilers superheaters heat exchanger tubes. Obtained durability indexes of superheaters heat exchanger tubes are conformed with steam boilers design expertise and shows all known from field experience situation that fracture of heat exchanges tubes is possible before projected service life due to mismatch between design conditions and real-life operating conditions by reason of chloride pollution of heat exchange surface as example
