Підходи до аналізу факторів ризику при проведенні інноваційних перетворень

Abstract

У статті розглянуто підходи щодо аналізу факторів ризику при проведенні інноваційних перетворень. Зазначено, що при реалізації інноваційних проектів число факторів ризику досить велике, через що ступінь впливу їх носить випадковий характер. При будь-якій спробі врахувати вплив усіх факторів фахівцям доводиться стикатись з виключно важкою проблемою врахування ступеня їх впливу на декількох рівнях управління, адже навіть у разі нескладної ієрархічної структури число комбінацій впливу факторів різко зростає. Тому основним завданням при проведеному аналізі факторного впливу повинна бути реалізована, перш за все, спроба обмеження кількості можливих комбінацій факторів, які слід проаналізувати або врахувати при знаходженні цільової функції прийнятого рішення. Наведено класифікацію ризиків, що виникають при проведенні технологічної санації. Окремо розглянуто методи оцінки ефективності інноваційного технологічного проекту при врахуванні ризику. Коректна оцінка ймовірності факторів ризику дозволяє ще на етапі прогнозування результатів інноваційних перетворень об'єктивно представляти обсяги можливих витрат і збитків, пов'язаних з проведенням технологічної санації, та намітити шляхи до їх запобігання або зменшення, а у випадку неможливості запобігання – забезпечити їх повернення. Наведено фактори, які загрожують ризиками. Проаналізовано шляхи прийняття рішень з вибору певних проектів на основі моделювання процесу вибору. Розглянуто типи моделей, що використовуються, в основному, керівниками-практиками для вирішення пріоритетності виконання завдань з проведення технологічної санації виробництва на основі сформованого портфеля інновацій.The article discusses approaches to the analysis of risk factors during innovative transformations. It is noted that during the implementation of innovative projects, the number of risk factors is quite large, due to which the degree of their influence is random. In any attempt to take into account the influence of all factors, specialists have to face the extremely difficult problem of taking into account the degree of their influence at several levels of management, because even in in the case of a simple hierarchical structure, the number of combinations of the influence of factors increases sharply. Therefore, the main task of the analysis of factor influence should be, first of all, an attempt to limit the number of possible combinations of factors that should be analyzed or taken into account when finding the target function of the decision. The classification of risks arising in the course of technological sanitation is given. The methods of evaluating the effectiveness of an innovative technological project, taking into account the risk, are considered separately. A correct assessment of the probability of risk factors allows, even at the stage of forecasting the results of innovative transformations, to objectively present the scope of possible costs and losses associated with the implementation of technological rehabilitation, and to outline ways to prevent or reduce them, and in the event that prevention is impossible, to ensure their compensation. Factors of factors threatening risks are given. The ways of making decisions regarding the selection of specific projects are analyzed based on the modeling of the selection process. The types of models used mainly by managers-practitioners to decide on the priority of tasks for carrying out technological rehabilitation of production on the basis of the formed portfolio of innovations are clarified.
