Methodological instructions to the performance of control works on the discipline "Social responsibility"

Abstract

The development of Ukrainian business, the integration of Ukraine into the world economic system poses new questions for Ukrainian companies, one of which is related to the social responsibility of business. The relevance of the educational discipline "Social responsibility" is that the growing demands for higher professional education require qualitatively new theoretical and practical knowledge by students of all aspects of conducting business in modern conditions. Socially responsible organizations are of great importance for society, because by their own example they demonstrate their attitude towards their personnel, the environment, and the results of their activities. The purpose of this discipline is to provide students with fundamental knowledge of the theory and practice of social responsibility and relevant professional competencies. The study of this discipline is based on the dialectical method of cognition and general economic laws and has a close connection with such disciplines as philosophy, economic theory, microeconomics, macroeconomics, enterprise economics, labor economics, economics of the national economy, organization and planning of production, management, etc.
