Ефективність функціонування мотиваційного механізму стимулювання трудової активності населення

Abstract

In the article there are some aspects of effective functioning of motivational mechanism of stimulating of population's labor activity. The article has suggestions as for possible ways to rebuild the institutional environment, which is able to provide favorable conditions for forming the motivational formations of personality for his labor activity. Besides, the article gives possible ways of state's participation in process of forming of conditions for realization individual's desire as for maximum using of his own labor potential and nonstop development.
