Анотація
Досліджено особливості застосування сінгапурського, проєктного, дослідницького, ігрового методів та коучінг-методу у викладанні лідерських дисциплін. Проаналізовано різницю проєктного та дослідницького методів, рольової та ділової гри. Обґрунтовано, що застосування інтерактивних методів навчання сприяють удосконаленню викладання лідерських дисциплін у вищій школі.
One of the topical problems in the theory and practices of higher education is the constant search for ways to improve the education process. An important means of such improvement is the development and introduction of interactive methods and technologies due to their meeting requirements of studentcentered teaching, enhancing students’ activities and efficient attaining of desired training outcomes. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the use of interactive methods that facilitate improvement of leadership related subjects teaching at higher school. Results. The application of special methods of training enhances attaining a high level of training results in specialists to be. In this work, the authors consider the problem of leadership related subjects teaching improvement at the second (masters’ degree) education level, particularly, teaching the subject of “Pedagogic leadership” for masters in educational and pedagogic sciences, as well as the subject of “A leader’s managerial activity psychology” for masters in public management and administration. The peculiarities in the use of various training structures from the Singapore training methodology have been viewed (e.g. “Circular exchange”, “Agreement road-map”, and others). The differences in the introduction of the project and research methods of training, role-plays and business simulations have been analyzed. There has been considered the use of the coaching method for discussing with students the goals and perspectives of their future professional activities. The advantages of the empathic coaching over the compliance coaching have been accentuated on. Examples of practical tasks for each of the analyzed interactive methods of training have been supplied. Conclusion. It is substantiated that the use of interactive methods of training enhances the improvement in teaching leadership related subjects at higher school. The perspectives of further research is an experimental verification of the applied methods of teaching.
