Abstract
The article notes great importance of personality and its qualities - such as sociality, creativity, humanity, self-awareness, spirituality, cultural quality, vitality, development, individuality, value, activity, global thinking, innovative activity, informative capacity, professionalism, intelligence – in personal, professional and civic life of man and society as a congregational identity. There are considered the relevant views of great foreign and Ukrainian philosophers, psychologists, educators, and historical data on the fate of the various countries with different development of personal layer and civil society. The presence of the latter determines the success of the historical development of the peoples and countries or their destruction and loss of independence. Presence and future necessarily require a broader and deeper deployment implementation in the education system of personality orientation of education and training of students. For this orientation, it is advisable to use a meaningful formula of personality, its psychological structure, systematic classification of its qualities of different profiles. Modern school and the school of future must properly assess, develop and use the personal, spiritual qualities, gifts and talents of each student and teacher as a real personal wealth and as the main resource that influences the destiny of citizens. This is precisely the main purpose of the School of honor and dignity, in which honor and dignity of citizens are the main foundations of society. All members of civil society should be equal in dignity and prevent its degradation in anyone, under any circumstances and any sources.
