Abstract

Basic concept of development system of national leaders new generation, developed by the staff of the department of pedagogy and psychology management social system are shown in the article. Summary of Ziaziun`s good pedagogy presented as the origins of the concept. Basic directions of formation of leaders in NTU "KPI" are given in the article: the development of the internal resources of the individual; the development of human interaction skills with others and their activation in the leader's action dynamics. Specific stages and steps of implementation of each of the direction are analyzed.
