dc.description.abstractThe report proves that an effective social protection system should be universal, but at the same time take into account the needs of vulnerable groups of the population, be technologically advanced and be stably financed. Adaptation of such models to domestic practice makes it possible to create a balanced and accessible system capable of successfully responding to the challenges of our time.
