Ризик-орієнтоване організаційно-економічне забезпечення фінансової стійкості страхових компаній у кризових умовах

Abstract

У статті досліджено проблеми забезпечення фінансової стійкості страхових компаній у кризових умовах, що характеризуються підвищеною невизначеністю та зростанням впливу фінансових і системних ризиків. У межах дослідження уточнено зміст поняття ризик-орієнтованого організаційно-економічного забезпечення фінансової стійкості страхових компаній як інтегрованого управлінського підходу, що поєднує організаційні рішення та економічні інструменти з системною ідентифікацією, оцінюванням і контролем ризиків. Систематизовано основні складові механізму забезпечення фінансової стійкості, зокрема ризик-ідентифікаційну, аналітично-оцінювальну, організаційну, фінансово-економічну та контрольну, із визначенням їх змісту та функціонального призначення. Запропоновано модель ризик-орієнтованого організаційно-економічного забезпечення фінансової стійкості страхових компаній, яка відображає взаємозв’язки між організаційною структурою управління, фінансовими інструментами і ресурсами, механізмами управління ризиками, процедурами внутрішнього контролю та адаптації до змін зовнішнього середовища. Обґрунтовано, що реалізація запропонованої моделі формує керований цикл управління фінансовою стійкістю із використанням зворотних зв’язків та сприяє узгодженості організаційних і економічних рішень у кризових умовах. Практичне значення одержаних результатів полягає у можливості використання запропонованого підходу в діяльності страхових компаній для підвищення ефективності управління фінансовою стійкістю, удосконалення системи ризик-менеджменту та підтримки платоспроможності в умовах нестабільності. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів полягає у розробленні комплексної моделі ризик-орієнтованого організаційно-економічного забезпечення фінансової стійкості страхових компаній, яка забезпечує інтеграцію організаційних і економічних інструментів управління ризиками в єдину систему прийняття управлінських рішень. Результати дослідження можуть бути корисними для керівників та фінансових менеджерів страхових компаній, фахівців із ризик-менеджменту та внутрішнього контролю, а також для представників регуляторних органів у процесі удосконалення підходів до нагляду за фінансовою стійкістю страховиків.

The article examines the issues of ensuring the financial sustainability of insurance companies under crisis conditions characterized by increased uncertainty and the growing impact of financial and systemic risks. Within the framework of the study, the content of the concept of risk-oriented organizational and economic support for the financial sustainability of insurance companies is clarified and interpreted as an integrated managerial approach that combines organizational decisions and economic instruments with systematic risk identification, assessment, and control. The main components of the financial sustainability support mechanism are systematized, including risk identification, analytical and evaluative, organizational, financial and economic, and control components, with a clear definition of their content and functional roles. A model of risk-oriented organizational and economic support for the financial sustainability of insurance companies is proposed, which reflects the interrelationships between the organizational management structure, financial instruments and resources, risk management mechanisms, internal control procedures, and adaptation to changes in the external environment. It is substantiated that the implementation of the proposed model forms a managed cycle of financial sustainability management based on feedback mechanisms and contributes to the coherence of organizational and economic decision-making under crisis conditions. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the possibility of applying the proposed approach in the activities of insurance companies to enhance the effectiveness of financial sustainability management, improve risk management systems, and maintain solvency in conditions of instability. The scientific novelty of the study consists in the development of a comprehensive model of risk-oriented organizational and economic support for the financial sustainability of insurance companies, which integrates organizational and economic risk management instruments into a unified decision-making system. The research findings may be useful for executives and financial managers of insurance companies, risk management and internal control specialists, as well as representatives of regulatory authorities involved in improving supervisory approaches to insurers’ financial sustainability.
