Abstract
The article discusses various approaches to the study of the phenomenon of emotional burnout, in particular the heads of commercial organizations, describes the main symptoms of its manifestation. Here are presented and analyzed the results of a study to identify the phases and symptoms of emotional burnout of managers, their degree of formation.
