Штучний інтелект та медіадидактика в сучасній цифровізації освіти

Abstract

У статті порушується актуальна проблема цифровізації освіти, а саме застосування штучного інтелекту (ШІ), який автори пропонують розглядати як складник медіадидактики, в освіті. Подається стисла історія розвитку ШІ та медіадидактики. При цьому охоплюються сфери застосування ШІ в різних галузях, зокрема в освіті. З 1960–1970-х років і до сьогодні виділені етапи інтеграції ШІ в освіту. Показані можливі функції ШІ в рамках медіадидактики, зокрема адаптивне навчання, індивідуалізація навчання, автоматизація оцінювання знань, пошук і сортування інформації, створення навчальних матеріалів. У контексті наукових досліджень застосування ШІ полягає в: аналізі великих банків даних, автоматизації пошуку літератури, моделюванні й симуляції процесів та об’єктів. Показані переваги й недоліки застосування ШІ як складника медіадидактики. Проведений огляд і аналіз дозволяє зробити висновок, що ШІ є потужним інструментом, який має великий потен ціал для розвитку медіадидактики, вносячи нові можливості для адаптивного та індивідуалізованого навчання. Використання ШІ в навчальному процесі може істотно підвищити ефективність і швидкість освіти, зробити її доступнішою та гнучкішою, а також забезпечити персоналізований підхід до кожного студента. Водночас важливо ретельно підходити до вирішення етичних та технологічних питань, що виникають у процесі інтеграції ШІ в освіту. Необхідно зберігати баланс між традиційними методами навчання та новітніми технологіями. У майбутньому важливо розвивати ШІ в освітньому процесі так, щоб він не замінював живу взаємодію між викладачем і учнем (студентом), а лише доповнював, заохочував і підтримував навчальний процес. Крім того, актуальною є спеціалізація застосування ШІ за фахом і навчальними програмами.

The article raises the current problem of digitalization of education, namely the use of artificial intelligence (AI), which the authors propose to consider as a component of media didactics, in education. A brief history of the development of AI and media didactics is presented. At the same time, the areas of application of AI in various fields are covered, in particular, in education. From the 1960s-70s to the present, the stages of integration of AI into education are highlighted. Possible functions of AI within the framework of media didactics are shown, in particular, adaptive learning, individualization of learning, automation of knowledge assessment, search and sorting of information, creation of educational materials. In the context of scientific research, the use of AI, in particular, consists in: analysis of large data banks, automation of literature search, modelling and simulation of processes and objects. The advantages and disadvantages of using AI as a component of media didactics are shown. The review and analysis conducted allows us to conclude that artificial intelligence is a powerful tool that has great potential for the development of media didactics, introducing new opportunities for adaptive and individualized learning. The use of AI in the educational process can significantly increase the efficiency and speed of education, make it more accessible and flexible, and also provide a personalized approach to each student. At the same time, it is important to carefully approach the resolution of ethical and technological issues that arise in the process of integrating AI into education. It is necessary to maintain a balance between traditional teaching methods and the latest technologies. In the future, it is important to develop AI in the educational process so that it does not replace live interaction between a teacher and a pupil (student), but only complements, encourages and supports the educational process. In addition, the specialization of the application of AI by specialty and curriculum is relevant.
