Abstract

It has been proven that an important positive point of the introduction of socio-cultural innovations is the replacement of raw material orientation with science-intensive production. It is obvious that the fossil resources, on which the economy of our country is currently largely based, are not limitless. The stability of the economy and our well-being are directly and very strongly dependent on the stability of prices for fossil resources. By engaging in scientific development and implementation of socio-cultural innovations, the country can insure itself against downturns and crises associated with fluctuating resource prices or their depletion.
