Співвідношення понять права та моралі

Abstract

У статті висвітлюється питання співвідношення понять моралі та права, з точки зору поглядів Г. Кельзена, як взаємозв'язку та взаємодії певних соціальних норм, соціальних регуляторів. Автори у рамках так званої "чистої" теорії права Г. Кельена проводять аналіз взаємодії, протистояння моралі і права, та прояв цього співвідношення у конкретному соціумі: державі, суспільстві, локальному світоглядному вимірі.The article high lights the relationship between the concepts of morality and law, from the point of view of H. Kelsen, as the relationship and interaction of certain social norms, social regulators. The authors in the frame work of the so-called "pure" theory of law G. Celena analyze the interaction, the confrontation of morality and law, and manifestation of this relation in a particular society: the state, society, the local ideological dimension.
