Розроблення технології збору даних Веб-моніторингу в системі управління якістю ВНЗ

Abstract

The problems of web-monitoring in HEE quality management system are considered in the given work. Web-monitoring is implemented through data sources searching, data collection and performance indicators measurement. This work is devoted to the development of data collection technology based on the agent approach. The formal architecture of the agents is presented. It describes the function of each agent type based on the mental model. The suggested approach allows to obtain the quantitative estimates of performance indicators by means of processing of data from the web pages. The results of agents’ work presented, which are related to monitoring of the level of activity in scientific conferences participation.
