Abstract

The problem of information retrieval system development is considered in this paper, which is able to collect, retrieve and measure the indicators of activities results. The realization of information system is suggested on the example of definition of the estimates of research activities of higher education establishment. The conceptual model of web-monitoring is suggested. The data sources and data collection methods are defined for the indicator of research activities. The agent-oriented paradigm is suggested for the development of information system architecture. The information system was approved and the experiments’ results were studied.
