Abstract
The intelligence theory is considered as the formal doctrine. Such necessity is caused by that the intelligence theory requires special mathematical language which is insufficiently developed in available sections of mathematics. Therefore along with substantial studying of the person reason it is necessary to develop the corresponding formal device also.
