Financial instruments and intensification of involvement of intellectual property objects in international business

Abstract

The creation of an innovative economy is based on the effective use of the results of intellectual activity, primarily intellectual property. Legislation on the protection of industrial property and copyright was formed in Ukraine in a fairly short period of time. At the same time, insufficient attention is paid to the financial aspects of intellectual property management, including tax benefits for it active involvement in economic turnover.
