Abstract
Irinotecan is one of the most modern and prospective medicines for cancer treatment? but it possesses such serious limitation factor, as a high toxicity. One of the ways for decreasing of toxicity is creation of submicronic drug delivery system. In current review methods of liposomes with irinotecan formulation? which can be used in struggle with cancer are discussed.
