Abstract

An important part of improving the efficiency of metalworking is the introduction of modern methods of diagnostics of technical condition of machining equipment, providing maintenance equipment depending on its actual condition. The article describes the method of diagnosis of the technical state of the machine, which allows it to expand the list of controlled defects and improve the accuracy of prediction of defects while it reaches its maximum allowable defect state. This enables timely stop the machine for repair and to avoid unexpected accidents and defect of the workpiece.
