Сучасні тенденції професійної підготовки вчителів Італії

Abstract

У статті досліджуються особливості підготовки вчителів початкової та середньої школи Італії в ХХІ ст. Аналізується роль політичних сил в прийнятті освітніх реформ. Відмічається стан педагогічної освіти Італії до підписання Болонської декларації та результат прийнятих реформ по створенню єдиної системи підготовки вчительських кадрів.In the article peculiarities of teachers of primary and secondary schools in the XXI century in Italy. The conditions of teacher education in Italy to the signing of the Bologna Declaration outlined and the result of accepted reforms to create a single system for training teachers. Tracked socio-economic, political and scientific reasons for opening at the undergraduate level course in «Sciences of Primary Education» (CLSFP), the peculiarities of the system of specialized training courses for secondary school teachers (SSIS) and revealed a new system of the educational background of teachers under active educational training (TFA) involving university and school coordinators. Concludes that the system of vocational teacher training in Italy is still being in the stage of reforms, which realize in the alternative games of the dominant political forces.
