Морально-етичний аспект лідерського потенціалу майбутніх фахівців з правоохоронної діяльності пенітенціарної системи України

Abstract

Taking into account the analysis of the nature and basic principles of the activity of the State Criminal Executive Service of Ukraine, we have examined the necessity of having a moral and ethical element, as an essential component of the leadership potential of future specialists of the law enforcement activity of the penitentiary system of Ukraine. It also defines the structure and possible ways of its formation in the process of training in specialized institutions of higher education of the State Criminal Executive Service of Ukraine.
