dc.description.abstractВ статті зроблений аналіз категорії управління в її сучасному розумінні. Дається її визначення, зроблене на ґрунті роботи із словниками. Показано, що на початку ХХ ст. ставився наголос на зміну терміну управління на термін менеджмент. Але вже з 80-х рр. саме фахівці в галузі менеджменту підкреслили розрив самого процесу менеджменту із теоретико-філософським баченням предмету управління. Тому, на думку авторів, розгляд питання змісту категорії управління (і не тільки як категорії, але і як феномену, і як процесу) необхідно починати із філософських праць і слідкувати за основним змістом розуміння цієї категорії. Аналіз останніх вказує на тісний зв’язок між процесом управління та багажем певних знань, роботи думки керівника, його вміння орієнтуватися на певні моделі пояснення когнітивного характеру. На прикладі феномену військового управління автори показують що особливістю сучасного стану управління є володіння освітою такої якості, яка б дала змогу «бачити» предмет дії в системному ракурсі з урахуванням усіх можливих складових цього процесу. В якості підтвердження аналітичних пошуків дається аналіз форм детермінізму, якими оперує сучасна наука. Вказується на когнітивно-теоретичний характер мислення керівника, пояснюється необхідність оперування такими термінами, як лінійна та нелінійна модель опису та пояснення (розвитку, подій, ситуацій відносно предмету дії).
dc.description.abstractThe article analyses the category of Governance in its modern understanding. Its definition, made on the basis of work with dictionaries, is given. It is shown that at the beginning of the 20th Century emphasis was placed on changing the term Governance to the term Management. But since the 1980s, management experts emphasized the gap between the Management process itself and the theoretical-philosophical vision of the subject of Management. Therefore, according to the authors, consideration of the issue of Management (as a category, as a phenomenon, as a process) should begin with philosophical works and follow the main content of the understanding of this phenomenon. The analysis of the latter points to a close connection between the Governance process and the baggage of certain knowledge, the work of the manager’s thoughts, his ability to orient himself at certain levels of a cognitive nature. Using the example of the phenomenon of military Governance, the authors show that a feature of the Contemporary state of Governance is the possession of an Education of such quality that would allow one to “see” the subject of action from a systemic perspective, taking into account all possible components of this process. An analysis of the forms of determinism used by modern science is given as a confirmation of analytical searches. The cognitive-theoretical nature of the manager’s thinking is indicated, the need to use terms such as linear and non-linear models of description and explanation (of development, events, situations relative to the subject of action) is explained.
