Анотація
В статье рассмотрено сущность антикризисного управления персоналом, предложено ряд направлений по управлению персоналом в условиях кризиса, представлено механизм и причины поведения в новых условиях, которые присущи подавляющему большинству сотрудников компании в кризисных уловиях. Разработана программа по антикризисному управлению персоналом, основанной на мотивации персонала и ряд необходимых мотиваторов для реализации данной программы.
The article discusses the essence of crisis management staff suggested a number of areas of personnel management in crisis and proved the role of informing employees to implement the program of crisis management . Systematized means of transmitting information staff at crisis management personnel , provided the mechanism and causes of behavior in the new conditions that are inherent in the vast majority of employees in crisis catches. Measures have been developed with the aim of minimizing the resistance of personnel changes and motivating staff. A program of crisis management staff based on staff motivation and the necessary number of motivators for the implementation of this program. The main task is solved by service personnel in these circumstances - is to support crisis management measures through effective organization of interaction of managers, professionals and factory workers , the development of anti-crisis program based on employee motivation , which will allow staff to manage and stabilize the situation in the enterprise.
