| dc.description.abstract | The article deals with issues related to the investigation of the influence of such parameters as reaction time, temperature, enzyme load on the effectiveness of preparation of coarse sunflower seeds meal for oil extraction. As the result of experiments the rational conditions were obtained and the mathematical model was developed allowing to predict the efficiency of the enzymatic process according to its main parameters. | en |
