Теоретичні підходи до визначення сутності і значення управлінського лідерства в організації

Abstract

У статті досліджуються сутність та відмінні риси управлінського лідерства. Розкривається значення управлінського лідерства для організаційної життєдіяльності та виявляються його функції. Розглядаються елементи та фактори управлінського лідерства, а також зв'язок між його особливостями та етапом росту організації. За результатами дослідження запропоновано синтез і творчий розвиток сукупності теоретичних підходів, що пов'язує в єдину систему основні елементи та фактори управлінського лідерства, а саме: лідера, його підлеглих, зовнішнє середовище, характер взаємин між управлінським лідером і його підлеглими, а також результати спільної діяльності. Удосконалено типологію управлінського лідерства, що дозволило виділити ряд принципів його ефективності.The article examines the essence and distinctive features of managerial leadership. Reveals the importance of managerial leadership for organizational life and identify the functions of managerial leadership. Examines the elements and factors of managerial leadership, as well as the link between the characteristics of managerial leadership and growth stage organizations. According to the research results of the proposed synthesis and the creative development of theoretical approaches, connects in a single system the main elements and factors of managerial leadership, namely the leader, his subordinates, the external environment, the nature of the relationship between the managerial leader and his subordinates, as well as the results of joint activities. Improved typology of managerial leadership that allowed us to identify a number of principles for its effectiveness.
