Abstract
An analysis for strategic enterprise control concepts based on the economic potential increase, active cost growth and competitiveness improvement is carried out. The concept of social and economic potential defined as the degree of the interest in the operation of enterprises of the associated group is introduced. The enterprise development strategic control is shown to be directed on increasing the social and economic potential.
