Abstract

The article presents results of the research, which revealed the problems connected with transition of the University training to distance-learning mode caused by quarantine through COVID-19. The authors identified eight problems that were related to technical competence of trainers, registration procedures on the platform and communication, meaningful structuring of information flows, optimization of the schedule and the workload of trainers, multitasking, personal space as a learning environment and electronic dean's office. The authors propose possible steps to overcome problems of transition to the distance learning mode as well as innovative model for organizing technological learning environment for high-quality e- learning
