Цифровий етикет і міжкультурна комунікація як інструменти ефективної взаємодії в системі міжнародних відносин

Abstract

Стаття присвячена комплексному аналізу цифрового етикету та міжкультурної комунікації як важливих інструментів ефективної взаємодії в системі міжнародних відносин. У роботі розглядається, як цифрові норми поведінки та міжкультурна компетентність сприяють зміцненню дипломатичного діалогу, подоланню комунікативних бар’єрів, запобіганню конфліктів та формуванню взаємної поведінки в умовах глобалізованого цифрового середовища. Дослідження також має на меті виклики та перспективи застосування цифрового етикету в професійній міжнародній комунікації, особливо в контексті геополітичної напруженості, гібридних загроз і трансформації дипломатичних форматів у цифрову площину. The primary aim of this research is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of digital etiquette and intercultural communication as essential tools for enhancing the effctiveness of interaction within the framework of international relations. The study explores how adherence to digital norms of behavior and the development of intercultural competence contribute to building mutual understanding, trust, and respect among representatives of diffrent cultural and political backgrounds in the context of global digital communication. Particular attention is given to the role of digital etiquette in preventing misunderstandings and diplomatic conflcts, fostering soft power strategies, and adapting traditional international diplomacy to the realities of online interaction. Furthermore, the research seeks to identify the challenges, limitations, and strategic opportunities associated with implementing principles of digital etiquette and intercultural awareness in a rapidly evolving geopolitical environment marked by hybrid threats, information warfare, and the virtualization of diplomatic discourse.
