Методика определения условий контактирования инструмента с тонкостенной деталью при ее концевом фрезеровании

Abstract

This article shows the methodology of contact condition determination of tool and thin walled detail in end milling. Current methodology allow to determine points of tooth entrance, points of tooth exit from the engagement of tooth and workpiece and point of tooth exit from the allowance. Also is shown forms of contact of milling tooth with thin walled detail in different spindle speed.
