Abstract
Developed the power saving up scheme for the transportation of an viscous solutions of surface-active substances to the tube cement mills, pnevmoinjector for feeding of surface-active substances on the specified sections of tube mill. The method is proposed and the values of the transport characteristics of viscous non-newtonian fluids are defined.
