Abstract
On the basis of the analysis of a modern condition of preparation of technical elite in higher educational institutions the problems connected with the occurrence of system of higher education of Ukraine in the European space are revealed. The majority of the processes, сoncerning the formation of modern technical elite not fully meets the requirements of Bolonsky process. In the article the necessity of the use of credit-modular system for educational process which will give the chance to provide high level professional-practical preparation of experts and their competitiveness on a labour market is proved
