Abstract

This article views the basic approaches in home and foreign literature concerning the problem of professional motivation forming while shaping career directedness. The results of research of professional motivation sources for technical students in the course of their study and their influencing their career decision-making are presented. There have been disclosed the peculiarities of professional motives within the participant groups with different professional directedness, as well as the connection between the professional motivation sources and the career decision.
