Abstract

To reduce the consumption of materials in modern engineering machinery necessary to increase the total range of parts with thin-walled, non-rigid elements. Achieving structural strength of machine parts offered by leveraging advanced CAD / CAM / CAE systems, which allow to perform not only the excellent organization of technological preparation of production at different stages of the creation of advanced technology, but also in the mode of "on-line". The results obtained 3D simulation modeling revealed that with an increase in speed increases the prospect of using a cutting tool with a positive rake angle of the cutting edge to provide the required parameters.
