Анотація
У статті досліджуються актуальні питання теорії та методики виховання щодо підготовки майбутніх інженерів-лідерів. Спираючись на аналіз літератури відомих та провідних вітчизняних і зарубіжних вчених, автор дає визначення поняття "лідерська позиція майбутнього інженера" і розкриває структуру лідерської позиції майбутнього фахівця. Автором пропонується комплекс педагогічних умов для формування лідерської позиції у студентів вищих технічних навчальних закладів. Також автором розроблено модель запровадження педагогічних умов формування лідерської позиції майбутніх інженерів. Зазначено перспективи щодо подальшого удосконалення підготовки інженерів-лідерів
The article gives a brief account of the research in topical issues of theory and methodology of education at higher school concerning future engineers-leaders’ training, namely the problem of leadership stance forming and development in future specialists in the course of training and education process at technical higher education establishments. The author bases her research on analysis of works by outstanding and well-known native and foreign scientists in philosophy, sociology, pedagogy, and leadership phenomenon and proposes the definition to the notion of "leadership stance of future engineer". At the same time, the author determines the essence of this notion and discloses the structure of future engineer’s leadership stance which is made up of four components. To solve the mentioned problems in theory and methodology of education at higher school the author proposes a complex of pedagogic conditions for successful forming of leadership stance in students of technical higher education establishments in the course of training and education process. There has been viewed the future engineers’ leadership stance being influenced by such factors as: involvement of future specialists in various kinds and forms of individual activities; modeling of professional situations for students to manifest their leadership traits; mutual influence and a student’s actions directed at other collective members for changing and forming of a student themselves within the system of their ways of thinking and behavior. On these grounds there has been developed a model of introducing pedagogic conditions of leadership stance forming in future engineers into training and education process at technical higher education establishments. In the course of developing the model, the author defines the criteria of leadership stance formation and selects corresponding markers to each criterion, as well as formulates pedagogic conditions of leadership stance forming in future specialists and defines the forms and methods of training and education process which enhance their being realized. The author notes that these are, first of all, active forms and methods of training and education. There are outlined perspectives as to further improvement in training of future engineers at technical higher education establishments on the grounds of intensifying humanitarian, especially psychological and pedagogic training of specialists, of obligatory practice for students in organizational activities and of educational character of training.
