Практичне впровадження ERP-систем у діяльність компаній: можливості та виклики

Abstract

Стаття присвячена аналізу впровадження інноваційних фінансових інструментів в українських компаніях, зокрема на прикладі ERP-систем. Метою дослідження є аналіз впровадження інноваційних фінансових інструментів, зокрема ERP-систем, у діяльність українських компаній та оцінка їхнього впливу на управління корпоративними фінансами. Дослідження спрямоване на визначення основних переваг, викликів та перспектив інтеграції цифрових технологій у фінансову сферу підприємств. Методологія дослідження базується на аналізі кейсів упровадження ERP-систем у провідних українських компаніях («Нова Пошта», «Укренерго») з використанням кількісних і якісних методів: статистичного аналізу, опитування фінансових менеджерів та порівняльного аналізу ефективності фінансового управління до та після впровадження цифрових рішень. Результати дослідження показують, що впровадження ERP-систем дозволяє значно підвищити ефективність управління фінансами, зменшити витрати на обробку інформації, покращити прозорість фінансових операцій і знизити ризики помилок. Проте основними бар’єрами є висока вартість інтеграції, необхідність навчання персоналу та нестабільність законодавчого регулювання цифрових фінансових технологій. Дослідження охоплює великий бізнес і частково середній сектор економіки України, де ERP-системи активно використовуються. Подальші дослідження можуть бути спрямовані на розробку стратегій адаптації ERP-рішень для малого бізнесу та аналіз змін у нормативному регулюванні для створення сприятливого середовища цифровізації фінансового управління. Результати дослідження можуть бути використані підприємствами, що планують цифрову трансформацію фінансових процесів, а також державними органами для розробки політик регулювання фінансових технологій. Практичне застосування рекомендацій дозволить оптимізувати витрати на впровадження ERP-систем і підвищити ефективність корпоративного управління. Дослідження розширює розуміння впливу цифрових фінансових технологій на економічну ефективність компаній. Новизна роботи полягає у проведенні комплексного аналізу впровадження ERP-систем в українському корпоративному секторі з урахуванням сучасних викликів та можливостей.

The artile is dedicated to the analysis of the implementatin of innovatie fiancial instruments in Ukrainian companies, partiularly using the example of ERP systems. The aim of the study is to analyze the implementatin of innovatie fiancial instruments, partiularly ERP systems, in the actiitis of Ukrainian companies and to assess their impact on corporate fiancial management. The study aims to identiy the main advantages, challenges, and prospects of integratig digital technologies into the fiancial sphere of enterprises. The research methodology is based on the analysis of ERP system implementatin cases in leading Ukrainian companies («Nova Poshta», «Ukrenergo») using quantiatie and qualitatie methods: statitial analysis, surveys of fiancial managers, and comparatie analysis of fiancial management effiency before and aftr the implementatin of digital solutins. The results of the study show that the implementatin of ERP systems signifiantly increases the effiency of fiancial management, reduces informatin processing costs, improves the transparency of fiancial operatins, and lowers the risk of errors. However, the main barriers are the high cost of integratin, the need for staf training, and the instability of legislatie regulatin of digital fiancial technologies. The research covers large businesses and partilly the medium sector of the Ukrainian economy, where ERP systems are actiely used. Further research may focus on developing strategies for adaptig ERP solutins for small businesses and analyzing changes in regulatory frameworks to create a favorable environment for the digitalizatin of fiancial management. The results of the research can be used by enterprises planning the digital transformatin of fiancial processes, as well as by government bodies for the development of fiancial technology regulatin policies. The practial applicatin of the recommendatins will allow for the optiizatin of costs for the implementatin of ERP systems and the improvement of corporate governance effiency. The research expands the understanding of the impact of digital fiancial technologies on the economic effiency of companies. The novelty of the work lies in conductig a comprehensive analysis of the implementatin of ERP systems in the Ukrainian corporate sector, taking into account current challenges and opportunitis.
