Abstract
The development of electronics and telecommunications means providing effective and prompt medical care to patients, including those who are outside the medical institutions. The use of microelectronics and nanotechnology has changed qualitatively the methods and approaches in solving many social problems, including in the healthcare sphere. Authors are carried out to optimize the construction of radio-technical telemonitoring systems for patients in special application conditions, taking into account their influence on the transmission of biometric information using various communication channels.
