Abstract

The value of philosophy of intercourse as a factor of forming and development of management culture by the frames of society is shown. The role of basic aspects of philosophy of intercourse in the increase of efficiency of management is exposed, in development of leader professional and personality. The necessity of strengthening of spiritual-cultural education of students in the system of forming of a new generation of national elite is grounded.
