Визначення перспектив та напрямків вдосконалення підготовки фахівців сфери фізичного виховання та спорту у закладах освіти України

Abstract

Загострюється питання вдосконалення форм та змісту освіти у сфері фізичного виховання та спорту з урахуванням поточних особливостей функціонування системи освіти України. Мета – визначити шляхи вдосконалення процесу підготовки майбутніх фахівців фізичного виховання та спорту. Методи: теоретичні методи педагогічного дослідження. Результати та їх обговорення. Виявлені актуальні тенденції у навчальному процесі при підготовці майбутніх фахівців галузі фізичного виховання та спорту. Встановлено, що вони не є короткотривалими, але будуть поглиблювати подальшу кризу традиційного підходу до формування процесу підготовки фахівців. Представлені шляхи модернізації освітнього середовища з урахуванням особливостей професійної діяльності майбутніх фахівців з фізичного виховання і спорту у сучасних умовах її реалізації. Аналіз ускладнень, що супроводжують навчальний процес сучасних здобувачів дозволяє констатувати недостатність доповнення існуючих навчальних програм сучасними формами та змістом. Існує реальна потреба у нормативно-правовому урегулюванні особливостей дистанційного навчання та розробки положень побудови індивідуальних освітніх траєкторій з урахуванням специфіки підготовки фахівців сфери фізичного виховання та спорту у закладах освіти України. Висновки. Проведене дослідження дозволяє визначити шляхи вдосконалення процесу якісної підготовки фахівців з фізичного виховання та спорту. Наразі неможливо організувати якісний навчальний процес без залучення сучасних інформаційно-комунікативних технологій та поглиблення співпраці закладів освіти зі спортивними організаціями, які функціонують за місцем проживання здобувачів освіти. Перевагу матимуть ті навчальні програми, що зможуть якісно забезпечити засвоєння здобувачами практичних навичок з фаху з урахуванням можливостей дистанційного навчання. Подальші дослідження спрямовані на оцінку реального стану ефективності формування професійної компетентності майбутніх тренерів з виду спорту.

The issue of improving the forms and content of education in the field of physical education and sports, taking into account the current peculiarities of the functioning of the education system of Ukraine, is intensifying. Aim – to determine ways to improve the process of training future specialists in physical education and sports. Methods: theoretical methods of pedagogical research. Results and discussion. Actual trends in the educational process in the preparation of future specialists in the field of physical education and sports were revealed. It is established that they are not short-term, but will deepen the further crisis of the traditional approach to the formation of the process of training specialists. Ways of modernizing the educational environment are presented, taking into account the peculiarities of the professional activity of future specialists in physical education and sports in modern conditions of its implementation. Analysis of the complications accompanying the educational process of modern students allows us to state the insufficiency of supplementing the existing educational programs with modern forms and content. There is a real need for regulatory and legal regulation of the features of distance learning and the development of provisions for the construction of individual educational trajectories, taking into account the specifics of training specialists in the field of physical education and sports in educational institutions of Ukraine. Conclusions. The conducted research allows us to determine ways to improve the process of quality training of specialists in physical education and sports. Currently, it is impossible to organize a high-quality educational process without the involvement of modern information and communication technologies and deepening the cooperation of educational institutions with sports organizations that operate at the place of residence of the students of education. Preference will be given to those educational programs that can ensure the assimilation of practical skills in the profession by students, taking into account the possibilities of distance learning. Further research is aimed at assessing the real state of the effectiveness of the formation of professional competence of future sports coaches.
