Теоретичні основи професійної соціалізації особистості студента у вищих навчальних закладах України

Abstract

У статті приведені визначення професійної соціалізації та наукові погляди на вивчення цієї проблеми. Встановлено, що теоретичну основу аналізу професійної соціалізації складають підходи науковців до розгляду цього питання у декількох аспектах. Запропоновано новий підхід щодо вивчення професійної соціалізації студентів.There are definitions of professional socialization and scientific views of this issue cited in the article. Detected the actuality of professional socialization studying requirement taking into account the current state of the professional education’s system, labour-market, social and economic status of the country. It is established the theoretical base of professional socialization’ s analysis is scientists’ approaches to consideration of professional socialization of student’s personality. Separately analyzed professional socialization of working person and student. It is offered a new approach to analysis of professional socialization of student's personality, attended psychological aspects.
