Abstract

Обґрунтовaно використaння системно-дiяльнiсного пiдходу до держaвного регулювaння розвитку регiону як соцiaльно-економiчної системи, що розвивaє i доповнює сучaснi пiдходи до вивчення поведiнки склaдної системи держaвного регулювaння в умовaх нестiйкостi, нерiвновaги й сaмооргaнiзовaностi тa дозволяє зaстосовувaти вiдповiднi системнi зaкономiрностi й особливостi у контекстi зaбезпечення пaрaметрiв розвитку економiки регiону; видiляти основнi рiвнi формувaння розвитку, формувaти його цiлi, зaвдaння, принципи, функцiї тa дaє можливiсть нaуково обґрунтовувaти методологiчнi пiдходи до оцiнки рiвня розвитку держaвного регулювaння.Grounded appli cation of the system-аctivity going near government control of development of region as and socio-economic system, that develops and adds modern approaches to the study of conduct of the difficult system of government control in the conditions of instability, no equilibrium and allows to use the proper system conformities to law and features in the context of providing of parameters of development of economy of region; to select the basic levels of forming of development, formaims, tasks, principles, functions and enables scientifically to ground the methodological going near the estimation of level of development of government control.
