Сутність поняття "капітал підприємства"

Abstract

У статті розглянуто сутність понять «капітал» та «капітал підприємства» з погляду як сучасних науковців, так і основоположників економічних наук. Установлено зв'язок цих економічних категорій. Досліджено основні підходи різних авторів до визначення поняття «капітал». Виведено нове узагальнююче тлумачення поняття «капітал підприємства». Визначено та охарактеризовано основні функції капіталу підприємства, які визначають дії та можливий вплив на функціонування суб'єкта господарювання у цілому. За належністю підприємству окреслено джерела фінансування капіталу: власні, залучені та запозичені. Висвітлено зв'язок джерел фінансування капіталу підприємства з процесом оптимізації структури капіталу. Визначено сутність дефініції «оптимізація структури капіталу підприємства», її завдання та необхідність цього процесу в сучасних умовах господарювання з урахуванням тенденцій розвитку сучасної економіки.In the article the essence of the concepts of "capital" and "capital of the enterprise" is considered from the point of view of both modern scholars and found ers of economic sciences. The connection between these economic categories is established. The main approaches of different authors to the definition of "capital" are investigated. A new generalization of the notion of "capital of the enterprise" is derived. The basic functions of enterprise capital are defined and characterized, which determine the actions and possible influence on the functioning of the entity as a whole. The approaches of scientific and economic schools to the interpretation of the notion of capital are substantiated. The genesis of the definition of "enterprise capital" in the modern economic literature is highlighted. The main characteristics of capital are investigated and the key is turnover, profitability, riskiness and frequency of use. The functions of capital of the enterprise are systematized, which it is proposed to assign the start, guarantee, protective, regulating and representing. According to the results of the analysis of capital treatment, it has been established that each concrete approach complements the general characteristics of capital with new qualitative content. The true nature of the category "capital" is at the intersection of the investigated approaches, and the lawfulness of their application depends on the angle in which there is a particular problem. The essence, formation, functioning and reproduction of entrepreneurial capital are revealed. Investigated the components of equity and the possibility of assessing the impact of the financial structure of capital on the profitability of the enterprise. The necessity of effective management of financial resources of the enterprise is determined. The necessity of timely analysis of the enterprise's own capital is indicated. Also, according to the company the sources of financing of capital are outlined: own, borrowed and borrowed. The connection of sources of financing of capital of the enterprise with the process of optimization of the structure of capital is highlighted. The essence of the definition of "optimization of the capital structure of the enterprise", its task and the necessity of this process in the modern conditions of management taking into account the tendencies of devel opment of the modern economy are highlighted.
