Abstract

Based on the results of the inspection of the titanium dioxide production and refining facility, power engineering and economic energy saving potentials were determined. This achievement was reached by pinch integration of processes of the enterprise and selection of the optimal pinch temperature between cold and hot compound curves that gives a possibility to reduce power consumption in the facility to 3.6 MW
