Принципи комплаєнс у сфері винахідництва

Abstract

Розглянуто сутність принципів комплаєнс у сфері винахідництва, їх роль у забезпеченні правової та етичної основи інноваційної діяльності. Сформовано систему базових принципів: законності, етичності, прозорості, доброчесності та відповідальності. Показано, що впровадження комплаєнс-програм у винахідницьку практику дозволяє мінімізувати правові ризики, уникати конфліктів інтересів, забезпечувати соціальну відповідальність винахідників та сприяти міжнародній інтеграції. Зроблено висновок про стратегічне значення комплаєнс у розвитку інноваційної економіки України.The article considers the essence of compliance principles in the field of invention, their role in providing the legal and ethical basis for innovation activity. A system of basic principles: legality, ethics, transparency, integrity and responsibility is formed. It is shown that the implementation of compliance programs in inventive practice allows minimizing legal risks, avoiding conflicts of interest, ensuring the social responsibility of inventors and promoting international integration. conclusion on the strategic importance of compliance in the development of the innovative economy of Ukraine.
