Abstract

The author conducted research to study the differences between the concepts of management and leadership. It was made comparison between opposite points of view of domestic and foreign scientists, as well as the opinions of the Ukrainian top-managers and businessmen to explore the phenomenon of a leader and a manager in modern Ukrainian society.
