Методичні складові формування курсу ергономічних дисциплін в системі підготовки фахівців-психологів

Abstract

У статті розглядаються методичні основи формування курсу ергономічних дисциплін у системі підготовки фахівців-психологів. Завданням курсу є підготовка фахівців, які могли б орієнтуватися у складній системі професійних обов'язків, володіли умінням адаптації до змін як у соціальному, так і у виробничому середовищі. Для вирішення даних питань необхідні комплексні знання, що дозволять вільно орієнтуватися в складній системі професійних знань психолога.The article is devoted to the actual range of issues related to methodological features of formation the course of ergonomic disciplines for future psychologists, who contribute to the formation of students' understanding of the role of of ergonomic disciplines and the necessity of its providing, importance of persistent skills of safe methods of work, and forming of the culture of safety. It is shown that at the present stage methodological basis of teaching the ergonomic disciplines course plays an important role in the formation of highly skilled professionals. Thus, the basis of teaching consists of scientific analysis of working conditions, the organisation of the working process, the state of the technological process and equipment taking into consideration the possibilities of realization of the non-standart working situations. It is concluded that the problems of ergonomics discipline are successfully solved only in case of clear understanding of the nature and characteristics of a particular activity by the specialist, which requires an analysis of the content and nature of work at each workplace.
