Методологія територіального індикативного планування

Abstract

У статті визначено суть, принципи, суб’єкти, цілі і завдання територіального індикативного планування. Обґрунтовано необхідність і зроблено пропозиції щодо вдосконалення нормативно-правового забезпечення процесу стратегічного планування в регіонах України. Запропоновано схему, що виражає основні етапи індикативного планування.In the article the essence, principles, subjects, objectives and tasks of the territorial indicative planning are determined. The necessity is grounded and the propositions are suggested on improvement of the legal support of the process of strategic planning in the regions of Ukraine. The scheme, reflecting the main stages of indicative planning are proposed.
